Halton Capture Jet™ canopies
Up to 40% reduction in the exhaust airflows and energy consumption compared to traditional canopies thanks to the Capture Jet™ technology. This techonology can be associated with Halton's other technologies which belong to the High Performance Kitchen concept.
- The Capture Ray™ technology neutralizes the grease generated by the cooking appliances thus reducing the ductwork maintenance costs and improving the safety level;
- The Water Wash technology washes automatically the filters and exhaust plenums of the canopies thus reducing also the maintenance costs.
